Neighbors to Nations

Our heart at The Journey Bayless is to make Christ’s name known and what better place to start than our own neighborhood! We believe that Jesus loves the South County of St. Louis and wants to see this place transformed for His glory. We also believe that Christ has mandated that His followers take the gospel around the globe to all nations and so we enter into the mission of God to spread the gospel abroad.

What is unique about the neighborhood of Bayless & Affton in South County?

We are passionate about serving our community in South County and partnering with local schools and other organizations to embody love to our neighbors in the city. Being located in Affton, we have a unique opportunity to minister to the nations right in our own backyard through outreach and care for refugees and other new Americans as they find home and community in our neighborhoods.

We also partner with organizations in our city like Oasis International and All Nations, which provide care and assistance to refugees and “new Americans” settling here in Affton.
